Welcome to Deals4U. By visiting deals4u.shop ("Site") or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are The Site is operated by Rajanish Dewanji, India ("Deals4U", "we", "us"). Contact: query@deals4u.shop.

2. What we sell We sell digital products (eBooks / PDF collections). Nothing is shipped physically. The language, format and contents of each product are described on its product page.

3. Orders and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, and will refund any amount charged.
  • You must provide a correct email address and phone number. Access is sent to the contact details you give at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

4. Delivery Delivery is digital, as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Personal-use licence When you buy a product, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

  • Copy, resell, rent, lend, publish or upload the files anywhere (including Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive links, websites or social media)
  • Remove watermarks or notices from the files
  • Use the files for any commercial purpose

We may stop access and refuse future orders if these rules are broken.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks All characters, titles, names and artwork in the products belong to their respective owners. Product names are used only to describe the content sold. Deals4U is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any publisher or rights-holder unless clearly stated on the product page. If you are a rights-holder and believe content on this Site infringes your rights, write to [TAKEDOWN EMAIL] with details of the work and your claim. We will review it promptly.

7. Refunds Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Accuracy and availability We try to keep product descriptions, prices and offers accurate, but errors can occur. "Limited time" offers may end or change without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deals4U is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
