Refund policy
Deals4U (deals4u.shop) sells digital products only (PDF / eBook files). No physical item is shipped. Because a digital file cannot be "returned" once it has been delivered, please read this policy before you buy.
1. Refunds after delivery Once the download link or access has been delivered to you, the order is final and is generally not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please check the product page (title, language, format, number of files) carefully before paying. All our comic collections state their language on the product page.
2. When we will help or refund We will review your order and, where appropriate, fix the problem or refund you in these cases:
- Not delivered: Your payment was successful but you did not receive access within 24 hours.
- Payment deducted, no order: Money was deducted but no order was confirmed.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Defective file: The file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot fix it or send a working copy within [3] working days.
- Wrong product: You received a product different from the one you ordered.
3. How to request Contact us within 7 days of purchase at query@deals4u.shop or WhatsApp +91 8448557996 with:
- Your order number
- The email address / phone number used for the order
- A screenshot of the payment (and of the problem, if any)
4. Refund timeline Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to show the amount.
5. Not eligible for refund
- Change of mind after delivery
- Buying the wrong product without checking the description or language
- Issues caused by the device, reader app or internet connection that can be solved by guidance from our support team
- Orders where files were shared, resold or redistributed in violation of our Terms of Service
